NEW ZEALAND DELIVERIES

Standard (Urban) Deliveries

Orders addressed to a NZ residential address will have automatic free delivery upon checkout! All deliveries are signature only due to the nature of our business. 

Rural Deliveries

Rural delivery is $10.00. Please choose this option at checkout if the address you want your package sent to is RURAL or we will not fulfill your order.

Addresses that cannot be delivered to, will not be fulfilled, and a full refund will be processed. The customer will be emailed if this applies to them. The average shipping time is 2-5 days however, once we ship the goods it is out of our control how long it takes for the item/s to get to you. This time is a guideline and is subject to change. Once we post your goods and they are picked up by the courier driver, we will from that point on not be liable if your goods are damaged or lost in transit. We will however take every step to ensure the shipping company is able to recover these costs and potentially provide a refund. All goods are shipped 'signature only'. 

LOCAL DELIVERIES/PICK UP

We do not offer local deliveries or pick up. We are an online-only shop at this stage. 

AUSTRALIA DELIVERIES 

A flat rate of $25.00 NZD is charged as a shipping fee for all Australian orders. Rural orders or addresses that cannot be delivered to will not be fulfilled, and a full refund will be processed. The customer will be emailed if this applies to them. The average time for Australians to receive their orders is 10-14 days however, this is purely a guideline and subject to change depending on situations out of our control (such as natural disasters) and time of the year (for example Christmas). Once we post your goods and they are picked up by the courier driver, we will from that point on not be liable if your goods are damaged or lost in transit. We will however take every step to ensure the shipping company is able to recover these costs and potentially provide a refund.
