Lifetime Guarantee on All Zokk Rings

ZOKK rings are made from tungsten carbide, one of the hardest materials on earth. We back every ring with a lifetime guarantee because we're that confident in what we sell.

If your ring ever fails, we'll make it right. No drama, no runaround.

What's covered

• Manufacturer defects
• Breakage under normal wear
• General wear and tear

What's not covered

• Plating on gold, black and gunmetal rings. Ionic plating is the most durable finish available, but it will naturally wear over time with regular use. This is not a defect.
• Lost or stolen rings
• Damage caused by modification or purposeful misuse

How to make a claim

Simple. Contact us at zokkrings@outlook.com with your name, order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll take it from there.
